   Hi
   I am a stand up comic and promoter.
   I was intrested if you would like to have a comedy night.

   I could bring Headliner comics from Comedy Central showtime and more.

   Maybe a 10 cover and split 50/50 with your group.
   It could benfit your program.

   My boyfriend goest to your classes.

   Thank you for helping him.

   A comic does one at valley Club on Sat.
   I host Pasadena Terrace on Mondays.Current.
   I have hosted Comedy Store Funny Fridays and TGiF last year.

   Court ordered NA meetings, would this be a good place to go to?
   If so when would be the appropriate time to come in?

   You should stop by the Hole for an updated NA meeting schedule. There are NA meetings at the Hole.

   Can I come tonight at 8PM? I’m new/
   It says “SELF ESTEEM MEETING (MEMBERS ONLY ROOM)”
   I don’t know what that means…. do I have to join something?
   Is this not an AA meeting??

   Hey fellow members!!! I got sober at the Hole in the Sky Dec. 15th, 1992. I live in Edmonton, AB Canada now and celebrated my 18th birthday at the Camel Club this Christmas. A warm Happy New Year to Everyone there!!! I am sure it is warmer there.

   I have been home for 11 years now and still attend regularly at AA and NA. Thanks to the late Nick Starner at the Hole for suggesting I start a meeting up here when I visited for the San Diego World Conference in 1995. I took the HITS’ meeting format home to the Camel Club and started a group called “From Gonzo to Life’s In Session. It is Saturday nights 10-11:30pm. If you are ever around Edmonton, Alberta, come and say hi.

   Very excited to find anyone who remembers me. Saw a couple here 2 years ago from the Valley club speaking at a roundup in Spruce Grove. Sent a note with them, but hadn’t heard from anyone. Really interested in finding my first sponsors Candy B. or Cathy T. from Rafters. I sure appreciated their help and many other’s that opened their hearts and homes to me in early recovery. So grateful. And humbled. God bless and please look me up on facebook, or call me up.

   Is this the hole in the sky that use to be on owensmouth and sherman way? I am looking for AA meetings for my DUI conviction.

    I went to an NA (narcotics anonamous) yesterday, (2-9-2011). An I am court ordered to complete 16 meeting for a DUI. Will my NA signiture on my sign sheet for the courts be OK for the judge?

    It should be OK with the judge. You should check with the courts to make sure. In my opinion, as an addict/alcoholic, a meeting is a meeting is a meeting. But for the courts, I would suggest going to meetings that match the offense/crime. If it’s an alcohol offense, go to AA. If it’s a narcotics offense/crime, go to NA. But the judge probably won’t mind if you’re going to either NA or AA. As long as you’re going…

    Michelle – I did 50 hours of community service at HITS last year and need to get a copy of my time card. Is there any particular time I could come by and pick that up. Every time I stop by there’s either a meeting or nobody’s there.

    I’ve been going to your meetings for a few months now and enjoy them. I know that you have NA meetings available also. I’d like to take my daughter and was wondering if you could give me a couple meetings for evening hours?

    Is there a way I can speak to someone that goes and/or still goes to the NA meetings on Sunday’s at 7:30? I need to find out if someone can write a letter of support for my brother who used to lead a meeting there for his court appearance?

    I would recommend actually going to the meeting and then ask someone at the meeting.

    The Mon 6 pm mtg listed as Book study in the Memebrs only room is no longer occurring. will u pls remove it from this page?
